Úna and Sonya qualify for Irish Angus Beef School’s Competition.
St Louis TY students Úna Boylan and Sonya Mc Caughey have qualified from thousands of entries to progress to the next stage of the Certified Irish Angus Beef School’s Competition. The girls had to devise a way of promoting Irish Angus Beef and developed a recipe booklet of delicious meals using Irish Angus Beef.
Sonya and Úna will travel to the Mullingar Park Hotel on Monday next 14th November where they will be interviewed for 20 minutes based on their video application. The interview panel will consist of representatives from The Irish Angus Producer Group, ABP, Kepak and an Agricultural Science teacher. Best of luck girls.
